Cutting hair since 15, this boss has shown she loves a challenge and pushing the boundaries. Full of passion, Sherridan is constantly driven to grow, inspire and further educate not only herself but her talented team. With skills and techniques that she has obtained from all over the world, Sherridan aims to produce the very best stylists possible to represent the Envy brand, Australia wide.
Sherridan first opened “Envy by Sherridan” at the age of 19 as a hairdressing salon. After 5 successful years she then decided that it was time for a new challenge. Not known for being one to do things by halves, Sherridan decided to move to London to complete her Diploma of Barbering. She continued to stay on at the academy for some time after, to work as an Educator and gain further skills, before coming home to Bairnsdale and opening “Envy and The Barber Shop” in 2015.
At only 28 years of age, there is no signs of slowing down. In 2018 it was time to follow further dreams and open our second store in the heart of Byron Bay. Continuing to create beautiful hair, from here to there. Sherridan shares her hopes of yet opening another store in the foreseeable future, and is always looking for like-minded and driven stylists to join her on this journey.
Rechelle

This girl is no stranger to our Envy family. Over 10 years ago Rechelle and Sherridan began their apprenticeships together at a local hairdressing salon. Who would have thought that all this time later, and a friendship so strong, that now this lady is helping to run things in our Bairnsdale store.
With admirable loyalty, skills and leadership she is a inspiring role model for our team to look up to. If Edward Scissor hands had a daughter, this would be the girl. When it comes to cutting and clipping, she is extremely sought after by her clients.
If your after advice or inspiration, Rechelle is always willing to dedicate or time for her team. As far as training goes, she may not always follow the rules and do thing the “right” way, but there is a lot to be said for learning things the “Rechelle Way”.
Nicole

Right from day one, Nicole has shown a natural flair with hair and makeup artistry. Like no other young hairdresser we have ever seen. This little lady was our rising star. She began her training under our guidance with no prior salon experience at the age of 18. She has continued to grow and mature into an exceptional hair stylist by perfecting each and every technique she has learnt.
Full of sass and cheek, Nicole has fitted into the role of the little sister in the salon. Now recently qualified, her commitment and determination to our team left us with no other option but to give her the responsibility of becoming our assistant manager.
Georgina

George! She finally made it to the finish line with us after going through a marathon of an apprenticeship. Gaining lots of experience at other salons before coming to us, as she moved away from East Gippsland and then also had a baby during this time.. but she did it! She worked her but off to learnt as many tricks and tips as she could during her time.
After discovering Georgina’s precise eye for detail, it was no wonder she took to a position in the Barber Shop to focus and specialise there. Continuing to learn each day, we can’t wait to throw her into further education and courses to really show the world what she is made of.

Our tall, dark and handsome Italian! What more could you want? With over 15 years experience in the industry, and previously owning his own salon in Rome, there is a reason we let him runs the show here! As you can tell from his concentration face, the man has a real eye for detail and precision, which makes him a master with skin fades, style cutting and cut throat shaves.
Thanks to a back ground in Hairdressing, Flavio also has a well rounded education in hair styling. This has been crutial in his development of scissor skills that sometimes get lost in the barber world. He prides himself in quality over quantity. You can see from each and every client that has the chance to sit in his chair, just why he has quickly become one of Byron Bay best barbers.
